How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to most countries. If your location does not qualify for free shipping, the applicable charges will be calculated and shown during the checkout process.

How much energy does Heatbit Trio consume?

Trio reaches its maximum mining efficiency of 10 TH/s at just 400 watts.

For extra warmth on colder days, we offer a heating boost up to 1,400 watts (about 4433 BTU/h).

During summer, when using Heatbit Trio solely for air purification, it consumes less than 50 watts.

Will my energy bill increase?

If you are already using an electronic heater, you shouldn't notice any changes in your energy bills.

How much space can Heatbit handle?

The coverage depends on various factors such as outdoor temperatures, window size and type, and insulation quality, among others. Generally, Heatbit can heat up to 400 square feet of space. We recommend having one in each room or using multiple Heatbits for larger areas.

Can it operate at 220-240V?

Heatbits are compatible with both North American (110-120V) and European (220-240V) voltage standards. Customer in US and Canada will receive the 110-120V version, customers in Europe will receive the 220-240V version.

How often should I change the air-purifying filters?

Regularly replacing Heatbit's air filters greatly prolongs its lifespan. We advise changing the filter every 3 months and provide a lifetime warranty for users who adhere to these recommendations.

Does Heatbit Trio have a system to prevent overheating?

Yes, the Heatbit Trio is equipped with an intelligent management system that uses multiple heat sensors and safety controls to ensure an optimal balance between heat and performance while keeping fan noise to a minimum.

Is Heatbit Trio safe to have it running around children and pets?

Absolutely! The Heatbit Trio is designed to be safe for use around children and pets. In fact, we've found that pets love being near Heatbits.

What is the warranty on Heatbit?

We provide a lifetime warranty for customers who sign up for Auto-Refill and change Heatbit's filters every 3 months. For others, a standard 12-month warranty applies (link to full policy). Please keep the original packaging until the end of the warranty period. To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service Team at support@heatbit.com.

Can i get a discount if I purchase in bulk?
