Warranty for Heatbit devices

Heatbit inc. warrants your Heatbit devices against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (6) months from the shipping date unless an extended warranty was purchased with Heatbit mini filters subscription. Heatbit offers lifetime warranty for Heatbit devices for which and as long as.air filters subscription is active and has been active for at least 3 months.

In case of defects, we will replace such defective heatbit devices provided you return the defective items to Heatbit inc. at the designated address and in the original box, with all accessories and spare parts, including cables, cords, parts and documentation. It may take up to (35) days for Heatbit inc. repair and/or replace devices under this limited warranty.

This limited warranty is only available to the original purchasers of the Heatbit devices. Warranty coverage terminates if you re-sell your Heatbit device. No Heatbit inc. reseller, agent, or employee is authorised to make any modification, extension, or addition to this limited warranty. To initiate a warranty based return, contact Heatbit inc. through support@heatbit.com

This limited warranty does not apply to devices that have been subject to alteration, repair, tampering, accident, abuse, power surges, misuse, fire, acts of god (including, without limitation, earthquake, flood, hurricane, lightning, or tornado) or other external causes.

This limited warranty does not apply to any third party hardware, any consumable parts, including batteries, or any software, even if resold or included with the Heatbit devices. All third party hardware resold or included by Heatbit inc. is provided solely according to the warranty and other terms specified by the manufacturer, who is solely responsible for service and support for its products. For service, support, or warranty assistance, you should contact the manufacturer directly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds prior to delivery for preorder items
Availability of a refund for preorder items is based on scheduled delivery time. No refunds are offered prior to scheduled delivery time. If delivery of a preordered item is significantly delayed, however, full refund is available upon request.

FX rates

In cases items were paid for with currencies other than USD or cryptocurrencies, any refunds will be based on USD value at the time of initial payment.
