Here's how to delete your Heatbit account
Important: Before closing your account, please ensure you have withdrawn all assets from your balance.
What happens when your account is deleted?
When you delete your account, Heatbit will remove all data associated with your email address and phone number.
You will no longer be able to access the app using your old credentials. If you need to use Heatbit again, you will have to create a new account and pair it with your device just like you did with your old account.
How do I delete an account?
1. Open the Heatbit App and go to the Profile section
2. Click Edit
3. Select Remove my account
4. A confirmation window will pop up to verify that you want to proceed with the deletion. Confirm to remove your data.
