We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Why does Heatbit ship in batches?
Demand for Heatbit devices has consistently exceeded immediate availability, so instead of keeping large amounts of inventory sitting in warehouses, we produce and ship in carefully planned batches.
This allows us to focus on build quality, testing, and reliability rather than rushing units out the door.
Shipping in batches also makes logistics more efficient for a heavy product like Heatbit. Coordinating deliveries in groups allows us to work with freight carriers and regional distribution hubs, ensuring safer handling and more predictable delivery timelines.
When will my order ship?
Estimated ship dates are always shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout before you place your order.
If a product is shipping in a future batch, your order reserves a spot in that production run. Once your batch is ready, your Heatbit ships directly to you.

What is the return policy?
99.9% of people love their Heatbits. If for whatever reason, you don’t, you have 30 days to return it. We’ll work with you to coordinate a pick-up. You cover return shipping and we’ll cover everything else.
What warranty does Heatbit include?
Heatbit devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty period begins when you first activate your device and is valid for 12 months.
If a valid defect arises during the warranty period, Heatbit will repair the device, replace the device, or refund the original purchase price.
How long is Heatbit designed to last?
Heatbit devices are designed as long-term home appliances, not disposable electronics.
With proper use and routine maintenance — such as timely filter replacements where applicable – Heatbit is built to operate reliably for 10+ years.
